I had a wonderful experience participating in the whale shark + pescador island tour. The day began at 5:00am with a driver picking me up directly from my hotel lobby and driving me to the most beautiful sites I have ever seen. While waiting for the whale shark experience, I ate a delicious breakfast on a cliff where I was able to watch the sunrise/ocean. Swimming with the whale sharks can be a bit of a wait and the tour is timed perfectly so that you’re able to visit the The Tumalog Falls while your turn to snorkel with the whales comes up. Following the whale sharks, the experience with the sea turtles and sardines was incredible. I did not think this part of the trip would be just like the pictures I had seen but it was that and much more. The staff in this portion of the trip were also very kind, knowledgeable and fun to dive with. I highly reccomend booking this tour with Cebu Tours. It has been my best experience yet in the Philippines.

Booked and payed 50% down payment online for a private tour, required cash payment on the day. Excellent communication both through email and over the phone. Picked up by our driver at 3am who was very pleasant and looked after our belongings throughout the day. We were met by our tour guide who was very welcoming, informative and looked after us well. The highlight of the tour was the whale shark, an additional fee of $500 pesos to swim with the whales. The Sumilon Sandbar was beautiful and we snorkelled through a coral sanctuary. We left the Sandbar 30 mins early as we were hungry and the island did not sell drinks/food, we had received a light meal of mangoes and sticky rice during breakfast. Lunch was good however you do not get a choice on what you can eat despite the restaurant selling a variety of food. The whale watching tour I would recommend to everyone

It was so great tour. Best adventure in my life.
Before I go to Cebu I was looking for cheap and nice tour company. All the Korean site was expensive. Even my Korean package tour guide told me that only whale sharks tour is 150 US dollar.
Fortunately I tound here CubuTures and four of us had so much fun. I’ll never forget. Thank you very kind Nalla. From 4 in the morning till 8pm, you were so kind to us. We had safe and comfortable tour. Also I wish for your father’s good health!

I booked a tour for Canyoneering and Kawasan Falls. I love hiking and outdoor adventure and this tour was Fabulous! The drive from my hotel to the tour place was long (3 hours) but well worth it. My guide, Gil, was very helpful and made sure I knew where to step along the river and made sure I didn’t fall! The water is clear and gorgeous and the jumps and swimming is exciting! Bring a waterproof bag with your camera and money. There is a stop along the way that you can purchase some local food. The provided lunch was very good too. I really enjoyed my Kawasan Falls Tour!

I highly recommend Cebu Tours! Very hassle free transaction with Sir Aldrin and team. Sir Aldrin is very responsive with our email inquiries and always willing to answer all our concerns immediately. We had our Oslob tour package just yesterday (Dec. 4) and i must say, its the best!!! Price is affordable and reasonable, driver is good as well and the tour guide is really funny, accommodating and friendly! I’d like to commend Gene, our tour guide in Oslob. He’s the best! Booked the (1) Whale Shark Watching + Sumilon Island Tour, and (2) Mactan Island Hopping with them and were very satisfied as we enjoyed every bit of our tour. I gave a 5-star rating for the following reasons:

1. All my email and SMS inquiries were all answered promptly.
2. Drivers assigned on both tours (Kuya Adonis and kuya Marz) were punctual and answers my text messages promptly.
3. Tour guide and boatmen were very helpful, one even dove to get our action cam that fell on the seafloor while snorkeling!
4. Itineraries posted on the website were followed.

I had no problem dealing with Cebu Tours PH before and during the tour.

Would highly recommend Cebu Tours. I previously used Cebu Tours back in October 2016 while visiting Cebu with friends. 2 years later I came back with my sister & booked with them again. Today’s tour of whale sharks & Sumilon island – it was a brilliant day and all went smoothly. Great communication via email with Aldrin when arranging the tour and also sorting out a last minute change of pick up at our hotel. Our driver Marz was brilliant, very punctual and polite. Our tour guide Mau – such a lovely girl. Very friendly, chatty and kept us updated on the itinerary/ what the next plan was. Thank you all for a lovely day

My group had a wonderful time canyoneering and at Kawasan Falls, and Cebu Tours made that happen. They were very responsive over email and sent over a punctual and courteous driver with a clean car. We had a great guide, Mark, who was friendly, patient, and handled all the GoPro picture and video taking, which allowed us to really enjoy the experience. My wife and I, along with our 2 oldest nieces, took their “Mactan Island Hopping” tour during our recent time in Cebu. We chose Cebu Tours after reading a number of very positive reviews of their service. It turns out that those reviews were spot on! It was easy to schedule our tour and their driver even suggested picking us up at our condo early to avoid morning “rush hour” traffic. Once we got to the boat we were met by our guides who were friendly, professional, and took great care of us during the entire tour. They even made sure we got back to port before a large thunderstorm hit in the area we were touring that day. We had a great time and would definitely use them again.

We booked 2 day tours with Cebu Tours and it was so great !!!! First, the key contact Nikie is very professional and so quick to reply and follow up. The first tour was Whale Sharks + Canyoneering and the second tour was Bohol day tour. Very well organized, private car, great tours, very good value for money. All so GREAT !!! I do recommand this super agency !

Me and my friend went to Cebu with no detailed planned, its an unplanned trip actually. We found Cebu Tours online and their packages looks great and their reviews here and in their TripAdvisor page looks promising, so we tried booking one day tour and it made me booked more 3 tours from them.

The first day was great that I thought of booking the rest of our days in Cebu with them. Friendly drivers, guides and other staffs, emails are answered quickly by Aldrin and Nikie in a friendly manner. I wished I had meet them before leaving Cebu.

Canyoneering and the whale shark watching is the best part of them all. You should try it. It’s very affordable, all worth it.

Thank you so much Cebu Tours for the great experience. Hope to be back in Cebu with my family very soon. I will contact you again for sure.

Cebutours has been very accommodating throughout my tour. We went there as a couple and initially booked a hotel outside of their package, but they still provided hotel transfers to-and-fro from the new hotel. Subsequent pick-ups were also from that hotel, there was no inconvenience on our end.

Our first driver for the tour was Richard, and we were so pleased with his expeditious driving that we requested for him for the following days. The car windows are highly tinted, so you have lots of privacy, you’ll understand why this is important, because at every traffic light, there will be beggars or performers that will knock on your car windows if they can see you. This did not happen to us, we had a smooth journey to every destination. Richard also doubles as a tour guide, and will bring you to your itinerary destinations and help to explain some of the history behind Lapu-lapu and Cebu. Of course, Richard is supposed to only be our driver, and he went beyond his job scope to please us. If you want a dedicated tour guide that has studied all the attractions, and you want an in-depth explanation, you’ll need to fork extra during the booking. Also, we made an ad-hoc request to visit Tops Lookout, which spans a view over the Cebu city, at a price. Richard helped to coordinate it in 10 minutes and soon after, we were already there. Tops Lookout was amazing, I’d recommend it. Thanks Richard.
