I did the Whale Shark swimming, tumalog falls and canyoneering falls tour with Cebu Tours about a week ago and I had the most amazing day! It was the highlight tour of my 6 weeks in the Philippines. I did the tour on my own and was initially scared to do the canyoneering alone. My AWESOME driver Kuya Mar was the best. He made me feel duper comfortable and made sure I had a great time. I never felt lonely or bored as he had a lot of cool stories to tell. His driving was also very safe and professional. He was super early for pick up and made sure we got back on time in the evening. He made sure that my tour guide for the canyoneering was the best. Ramil was honestly the kindest, respectful, professional, friendliest and most encouraging person I have met. Because of him all my fear of doing the jumps eventually disappeared. I am actually so glad I did a private tour as the service I received was exceptional! 5/5 star for sure. He took the coolest photos, literally helped me walk through the challenging parts and held my hands when I thought I would slip! Thank you so much for really looking after me and making my canyoneering experience the best I could ask for. This company is very lucky to have such amazing people working for them!! I will definitely bring back my friends and family and make sure we get Kuya Mar as my driver and Ramil as our tour guide 😆
I booked swimming with whale sharks and the Bohol tour with Cebu tours. They were easy to communicate with and took care of my family and I. They spoke in Tagalog and English so everyone was able to understand! I also made the mistake in booking for 3 instead of 4 people, but they easily changed the reservation and were still able to take us to the whale sharks. Highly recommend!
Our driver Mar picked us at our hotel in time. We went to Oslob, in a 3h ride, as we were staying in Mactan, to have a light breakfast and meet Diane, our guide, which took us to the whale sharks. We had to pay extra 500 PHP to swim with the whale sharks, which was amazing! Then we went to Tumalog falls, where we paid extra 50 PHP to have a motorcycle ride to and from the falls. You can go on foot, but I suggest you pay for the ride… 🙂 The Tumalog falls were really beautiful!
After this, we went to have lunch, which was ok. Then we had a 1h30 ride to Kawasan falls. We’ve walked for about 1.5km, but it is an easy walk. The falls are also amazing.
It took us about 5h to get back to Mactan. But totally worth it!!

Before I go to Cebu I was looking for cheap and nice tour company. All the Korean site was expensive. Even my Korean package tour guide told me that only whale sharks tour is 150 US dollar.
Fortunately I tound here CubuTures and four of us had so much fun. I’ll never forget. Thank you very kind Nalla. From 4 in the morning till 8pm, you were so kind to us. We had safe and comfortable tour. Also I wish for your father’s good health!
I booked a tour for Canyoneering and Kawasan Falls. I love hiking and outdoor adventure and this tour was Fabulous! The drive from my hotel to the tour place was long (3 hours) but well worth it. My guide, Gil, was very helpful and made sure I knew where to step along the river and made sure I didn’t fall! The water is clear and gorgeous and the jumps and swimming is exciting! Bring a waterproof bag with your camera and money. There is a stop along the way that you can purchase some local food. The provided lunch was very good too. I really enjoyed my Kawasan Falls Tour!
I highly recommend Cebu Tours! Very hassle free transaction with Sir Aldrin and team. Sir Aldrin is very responsive with our email inquiries and always willing to answer all our concerns immediately. We had our Oslob tour package just yesterday (Dec. 4) and i must say, its the best!!! Booked the (1) Whale Shark Watching + Sumilon Island Tour, and (2) Mactan Island Hopping with them and were very satisfied as we enjoyed every bit of our tour. I gave a 5-star rating for the following reasons:
1. All my email and SMS inquiries were all answered promptly.
2. Drivers assigned on both tours (Kuya Adonis and kuya Marz) were punctual and answers my text messages promptly.
3. Tour guide and boatmen were very helpful, one even dove to get our action cam that fell on the seafloor while snorkeling!
4. Itineraries posted on the website were followed.

My group had a wonderful time canyoneering and at Kawasan Falls, and Cebu Tours made that happen. They were very responsive over email and sent over a punctual and courteous driver with a clean car. We had a great guide, Mark, who was friendly, patient, and handled all the GoPro picture and video taking, which allowed us to really enjoy the experience. My wife and I, along with our 2 oldest nieces, took their “Mactan Island Hopping” tour during our recent time in Cebu. We chose Cebu Tours after reading a number of very positive reviews of their service. It turns out that those reviews were spot on! It was easy to schedule our tour and their driver even suggested picking us up at our condo early to avoid morning “rush hour” traffic. Once we got to the boat we were met by our guides who were friendly, professional, and took great care of us during the entire tour. They even made sure we got back to port before a large thunderstorm hit in the area we were touring that day. We had a great time and would definitely use them again.
Me and my friend went to Cebu with no detailed planned, its an unplanned trip actually. We found Cebu Tours online and their packages looks great and their reviews here and in their TripAdvisor page looks promising, so we tried booking one day tour and it made me booked more 3 tours from them.
The first day was great that I thought of booking the rest of our days in Cebu with them. Friendly drivers, guides and other staffs, emails are answered quickly by Aldrin and Nikie in a friendly manner. I wished I had meet them before leaving Cebu.
Canyoneering and the whale shark watching is the best part of them all. You should try it. It’s very affordable, all worth it.

We booked 2 day tours with Cebu Tours and it was so great !!!! First, the key contact Nikie is very professional and so quick to reply and follow up. The first tour was Whale Sharks + Canyoneering and the second tour was Bohol day tour. Very well organized, private car, great tours, very good value for money. All so GREAT !!! I do recommand this super agency !
Cebutours has been very accommodating throughout my tour. We went there as a couple and initially booked a hotel outside of their package, but they still provided hotel transfers to-and-fro from the new hotel. Subsequent pick-ups were also from that hotel, there was no inconvenience on our end.
Our first driver for the tour was Richard, and we were so pleased with his expeditious driving that we requested for him for the following days. The car windows are highly tinted, so you have lots of privacy, you’ll understand why this is important, because at every traffic light, there will be beggars or performers that will knock on your car windows if they can see you. This did not happen to us, we had a smooth journey to every destination. Richard also doubles as a tour guide, and will bring you to your itinerary destinations and help to explain some of the history behind Lapu-lapu and Cebu. Of course, Richard is supposed to only be our driver, and he went beyond his job scope to please us. If you want a dedicated tour guide that has studied all the attractions, and you want an in-depth explanation, you’ll need to fork extra during the booking. Also, we made an ad-hoc request to visit Tops Lookout, which spans a view over the Cebu city, at a price. Richard helped to coordinate it in 10 minutes and soon after, we were already there. Tops Lookout was amazing, I’d recommend it. Thanks Richard.
